The wait is almost over for Star Wars Zero Company. EA and Bit Reactor have released the game’s final pre-launch trailer, giving fans one last look at the gritty, tactical adventure before it arrives on August 27.

Set during the twilight of the Clone Wars, Zero Company puts players in command of Hawks, a former Republic officer leading an unconventional squad of operatives. The single-player, turn-based tactics game combines XCOM-style strategic combat with a cinematic Star Wars story, sending your crew on dangerous missions against the mysterious Infinite Coil faction. It’s a formula for great, in-depth gaming that has yet to be seen from the Star Wars universe.
The final trailer puts the spotlight on the escalating threat and the squad-based action, while also offering glimpses of a few familiar places and faces. Players will be able to assemble and customize their team with characters ranging from scoundrels and droids to Jedi and clones, develop relationships between squad members and use those bonds to unlock new combat dynamics as they take on an increasingly powerful foe.
With its Clone Wars setting, tactical gameplay and original story, Star Wars Zero Company is shaping up to be one of the more distinctive Star Wars games in years, delivering fans an experience that’s perfect for intergalactic warfare. Zero Company launches August 27 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. Watch the final trailer below.
