The Wall Street Hotel’s ’12 Days Of Adventinis’ Is A Festive Gift For Cocktail Aficionados

While many New York City visitors may head to midtown Manhattan this time of year to see the tree at Rockefeller Center and the windows at Saks, another kind of Christmas celebration is happening downtown at The Wall Street Hotel’s Lounge on Pearl, December 13–24, with their “12 Days of Adventinis,” featuring a new limited-edition cocktail each night.

Overseen by Beverage Director Amy Racine, The Adventini Calendar was born out of a desire to reintroduce classic potables through a holiday lens. Every drink on the list is an iconic cocktail redubbed with a seasonal moniker.

“Some are nostalgic, some are elegant, and some are just simply holiday fun. The creative process was about finding the balance between those ideas and keeping everything aligned with the energy of Lounge on Pearl,” Racine says. “Holiday cocktails can turn sugary fast, so we focused on clarity, texture, and spirit character to keep each one thoughtful and bright.”

It begins December 13 with the Noël à Paris—Grey Goose, pineapple juice and Chambord—sweet enough for the holidays, but not too sweet. The Polar Express, with Old Overholt Rye, sweet vermouth, orange bitters and Grand Marnier, includes just enough angostura bitters to give it a spicy snap. Dry enough to make you thirsty for more is the Silver Bell Gibson, made from Grey Goose or Bombay Dry, Noilly Pratt Dry Vermouth, with a Pearl onion garnish.

The Pearl—Grey Goose, Lillet Blanc, bergamot—is the house specialty, along with The Triple Pearl, which is made with a base of Haku Vodka or Roku Gin. One can pair the opulent cocktail ($35) with another timeless consumable luxury: caviar ($22 for a bump).

“Our head bartender, Valeria Gonzalez, developed a trio of small martini pearls as a way to highlight our favorite martini styles and mirror the structure of classic caviar service,” says Racine, listing the Salmon Roe ($45), Kaluga Hybrid ($110), Russian Ossetra ($138) and Golden Ossetra ($158). Serving sizes are 30 grams and come with blinis, crème fraîche, and chives.

“The pearls—dry, dirty, and espresso—subtly echo caviar, tying directly to our caviar program at Lounge on Pearl. The base is intentionally timeless, but the pearls let it shift in mood from crisp to briny to bold. It’s built with precision, a little theater, and the subtle sort of luxury.”

Best not to imbibe on an empty stomach, so order up something to nosh, like oysters with a tomato-verjus mignonette, or wagyu pigs in a blanket. Or go for something a bit meatier like the smash burger with house-smoked turkey, bacon, tomato, and truffle fries. Sweets include an assorted cookie plate or cheesecake mousse with cranberry jam.

The Wall Street Hotel’s Christmas package includes holiday suite accommodations with a decorated Christmas tree, or a floral arrangement in the guest rooms. A Gingerbread Decorating Kit, which comes with sweets and toppings courtesy of the in-house pastry chef, goes perfectly with hot cocoa from the Hot Chocolate Trolley. Begin the day with breakfast at La Marchande restaurant, and end it with a chauffeured trip to either the Dyker Heights Christmas Lights at 81st Street and Eleventh, or the windows and displays on Fifth Avenue. It all adds up to the perfect fix for ringing in ‘26.
