Burke, 38, filed for annulment from her three-year marriage to Lawrence last February, despite citing January 7 as the date of their separation. She cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.

The recently retired Dancing With the Stars pro explained in her filing that the marriage contract between her and the actor is “in full force and effect and fully binding on the parties.”
