
Two people have died and two more are missing after a building collapsed in Spain.
The building, which was in the process of being renovated, collapsed at 1pm local time on Tuesday afternoon in central Madrid.
The top floor of the six-storey building collapsed, which then pancaked all of the lower floors under the weight.
José Luis Martínez Almeida, Madrid’s mayor said emergency workers had recovered a man’s body and found another body under the debris.
Two people are missing, and another three construction workers were injured.
