Prince William and Kate Middleton have shared a never-before-seen image to mark their 15th wedding anniversary.

The Prince and Princess of Wales shared a snap from their Easter holiday in Cornwall.

‘Celebrating 15 years of marriage,’ the post on the official Kensington Palace social media account said.

William and Kate, in the photo taken by photographer Matt Porteous in Cornwall, were pictured with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, relaxing during the Easter break.

Their black cocker spaniel Orla can be seen sitting by William, as does their brown spaniel, whose name is yet to be revealed.

Tabloids suggested it was down to the royals raising their eyebrows at the Middleton family, who chewed gum and said the word ‘toilet’ in front of Queen Elizabeth.

Kate told ITV in 2010 that while she wasn’t ‘happy’ about the break-up, she valued the time alone.

William replied: ‘Phew.’

He and Kate wed in a grand fairytale ceremony in Westminster Abbey on April 29, 2011.

Kate’s wedding dress, by Sarah Burton at Alexander McQueen, had to be sneaked in by the designer to the bride-to-be’s hotel the night before to keep it a secret.

The day of pomp and tradition ended with a horse-drawn carriage to Buckingham Palace, where the couple kissed on the balcony as roughly three billion watched on TV.

William and Kate welcomed their first child, George, in 2013, followed by Charlotte in 2015 and Louis in 2018.
