A 26-year-old woman was fatally shot early Saturday morning inside her East Oakland home, according to Oakland police.
The woman, whose name has not been released, was killed shortly after 5 a.m. at a home in the 1400 block of 84th Avenue, near International Boulevard, Oakland police said. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
No arrests have been announced, and a motive for the killing remains unclear.
