Yeastie Boys Bagels parks new truck permanently in Manhattan Beach

The Yeastie Boys keep fighting for your right to eat bagels as the company rolls out its latest truck and permanently parks it in Manhattan Beach.

Yeastie Boys Bagels, which is known for its hand-rolled bagels, will land at its new location, parking in front of 1300 Highland Ave., in Manhattan Beach starting at 8 a.m. on Friday, June 27. The truck will be there daily from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. or until bagels run out.

Founded in Los Angeles by New York-trained bagel maker Evan Fox, the food truck offers classic New York bagels and original creations and has collaborated with several known chains like Pizza Hut and Taco Bell.

Manhattan Beach customers can expect bagels like The Mishka, with roasted bellpepper, tomato, sprouts and schmear, and the Lox Deluxe, a smoked salmon bagel with capers and scallion schmear. Also on the menu is The Diss Track, made with pit-smoked pastrami, folded scrambled egg, melted American cheese, schmutz sauce on an everything bagel.

Yeastie Boys has several locations in the area in places like downtown Los Angeles, Silver Lake, Studio City and other spots.
