Arsenal will move to sign Eberechi Eze from Crystal Palace after completing their £63 million deal for Sporting CP striker Viktor Gyokeres, according to reports.
After several weeks of negotiations, Arsenal have finally agreed a deal for Gyokeres worth €63.5m (£54.8m) up front plus €10m (£8.6m) in add-ons.
Gyokeres travelled to London on Friday and is due to undergo his medical this weekend before finalising his move to Mikel Arteta’s side.
Arteta is hopeful that Gyokeres can link up with his new Arsenal teammates who are currently in Singapore for their pre-season tour.
According to The Independent, Eze has made Arsenal his first-choice destination this summer and sources close to the England international are said to be ‘confident’ a deal can be agreed with Palace before the end of the transfer window.

The report adds that Arsenal are aiming to agree a £60m deal with Palace, which is lower than the 27-year-old’s £68m release clause.
Meanwhile, Noni Madueke has decided to cut short his holiday following his £52m move from Chelsea this month.
The 23-year-old made five appearances for Chelsea at the Club World Cup before opting to join Arsenal on the weekend of the final where Enzo Maresca’s side beat Paris Saint-Germain.
‘Obviously once we have finalised everything with a player we want to integrate him with the team as quickly as possible,’ Arteta said on Friday.
‘With Noni it was impossible because he needed some time.
‘I think he’s going to take a shorter vacation than he deserves because he wants to joins us straightaway, as soon as we’re back.
‘I think immediately is better so they can start to join the team, get to know each other and get the ideas we want to put in their minds.’
