Brandon Ingram, GloRilla Go Viral After Raptors Star Hits Cold Game Winner

Toronto’s season keeps climbing, and this time the moment belonged as much to Brandon Ingram as it did to the person screaming courtside for him. Rap star GloRilla continued her run of headline-grabbing appearances while watching her boyfriend deliver a clutch finish in front of a roaring home crowd, per Sports Illustrated. The two went viral within minutes, creating one of the night’s most shared highlights.

Ingram drilled a decisive jumper with six-tenths of a second left, giving the Raptors a 97–95 victory over the Indiana Pacers and extending their winning streak to nine, per Richmond News. As the shot dropped, GloRilla burst into celebration in gold heels and a fiery new red-orange hairstyle that matched the night’s intensity.

The Raptors star said he studied the matchup in the final sequence. “I knew he was in foul trouble, and I knew he didn’t want to be overly aggressive, so he was at my mercy at that point,” Ingram said. “I saw he kept backing up and I just kept being aggressive and getting to my spots.”

Pacers guard Bennedict Mathurin got one last look after the timeout, but his deep attempt from the wing missed off the glass, sealing Toronto’s perfect run through NBA Cup group play.

Ingram Explains the Shot as Raptors Push Their Winning Streak to Nine

Ingram closed the night with 26 points and eight rebounds while delivering his first game-winner since the trade that brought him to Toronto on Feb. 6. Head coach Darko Rajakovic said the forward keeps proving why he anchors their late-game offense. “Everybody knows why BI is here, and what he does for our team,” Rajakovic said. “He is doing a great job of scoring in those situations, but also play making. He has showed it over and over this season.”

Scottie Barnes added 24 points, Immanuel Quickley scored 15, and Ja’Kobe Walter chipped in 13 as Toronto remained unbeaten in Cup action. The Raptors will now host a quarterfinal next month with a trip to Las Vegas on the line.

Ingram said he feels the tournament environment has sharpened the group. “It builds confidence,” he said after the win. “It is kind of an early playoff game, trying to battle for something. It is all experience for what we want.”

Despite the streak, both Rajakovic and Ingram said the team stays focused on daily progress rather than the number itself. Toronto now sits firmly among the NBA’s hottest teams as they push toward December with momentum.

GloRilla and Ingram Go Viral With Courtside Hug and Custom Handshake

While Ingram headlined on the court, GloRilla captured plenty of attention off it. The Grammy nominee has attended several Raptors games this week, first appearing with a blonde look on Monday before switching to the bright red-orange style that fans spotted the moment she took her seat against Indiana.

The NBA’s official Instagram posted a clip shortly after the buzzer that showed Ingram and GloRilla laughing, hugging, and performing a playful handshake before sharing a quick kiss, Parade reports. Fans flooded the comment section, calling the exchange one of the highlights of the night.

Although neither has formally confirmed the relationship, GloRilla has appeared at numerous Raptors games, worn a No. 3 chain matching Ingram’s jersey number, and vacationed with him in Mexico earlier this year. Ingram also shared a kiss with her courtside at a previous matchup, adding fuel to the growing buzz around the couple.

After his postgame media session, Ingram walked back toward the sideline for another embrace. The 6-foot-8 forward leaned in to meet GloRilla, who stood in camouflage with gold heels that sparkled under the arena lights.

Outside basketball, GloRilla continues an eventful stretch in music. Following the release of her 2024 project Glorious, she is scheduled to headline the Bayou Classic halftime show alongside the Grambling State University Tiger Marching Band.
