Buffalo Bills MNF Best Bets: Player Props, Parlay, ATTD

I think the Buffalo Bills are in for more than they signed up for tonight taking on the Atlanta Falcons on the road in a prime time matchup. This marks the second straight prime time show down for these Bills coming off last week’s loss to the New England Patriots.

But when you reach the top the mountain as the Bills have, you can expect to get their best shot from any team you play. I think it’s going to take a heroic effort from a few of the Bills‘ top guys to come out on top as 3.5 point road favorites.

Here are our favorite plays for the Bills tonight on the road.

Khalil Shakir o4.5 Receptions

I have eluded to it in the open, I think this is an underrated scrappy defense for the Atlanta Falcons. I think they will get pressure on the quarterback and force the running game to get off schedule.

Now usually when this happens, Josh Allen finds his safety valve in Dalton Kincaid. But Kincaid isn’t going to be there for him tonight and that’s because nobody is better at stopping tight ends than the Atlanta Falcons.

In four games they have allowed just four receptions to opposing tight ends for 69 yards. That will bring the outlet passes back to Khalil Shakir who has gone over this number in each of the last two.

When things get hair, they find Shakir. If this is a close game I see Shakir hauling in six or more.

Josh Allen Anytime Touchdown +105

This is a system play. The MVP is plus money to score a touchdown. Something he did twice Week 1, 12 times last season, and 15 times the year before? With Kincaid dealing with an injury it wouldn’t shock me if we saw Allen take matters into his own hands deep in the red zone.

Like I said, this one is going to be a dog fight. I can see Josh having to play Superman to get a win.

Same Game Parlay +433

I think this game has under written all over it. The Falcons are going to do their best to keep the football out of Josh Allen’s hands. The Bills are going to try to become the first team to expose this Falcons‘ defense. I expect their Big Three to play big tonight.

Khalil Shakir o4.5 receptions
James Cook o70.5 rushing yards
Josh Allen 25+ rushing yards

I explained why I love Shakir, and I told you I expect Josh Allen to play superhero, but I think this game really comes down to James Cook. I said last week that if the Bills were able to make it a James Cook game, they’d win handily. They were unable to do so as Cook was held to just three yards a pop.

The Falcons have neutralized opposing team’s running backs so far this season, but they haven’t played a team that committed to it. The Commanders‘ backs were averaging nearly 10 yards a carry last week in the 34-27 loss. I think the coaching staff for the Bills saw that and will do everything they can to put Cook in a position to succeed.
