CHARLIE EDWARDS is looking to win European gold this Friday night as he takes on Thomas Essomba for the EBU belt.

But now he faces a step up once again as he takes on Cameroonian Essomba, who, incidentally, is managed by Edwards’ brother Sunny.
The brothers will be on different sides for the first time in their careers, but it won’t stop either man from trying to come away with a big victory on fight night.
Doors open at 5.30pm and features a stacked undercard with Germaine Brown, Jesse Brandon and Joel Bartell also in action.

Edwards’ clash against Essomba takes place on Friday, September 27.
The fight will be held at York Hall in Bethnal Green, London.
The main event will get going from around 10pm BST, with the main card to start at 6pm.
