Como president Mirwan Suwarso says they are open to offers for Martin Baturina, but has reminded interested parties that they have turned down big bids for other players.
Baturina only arrived at Como last year in a £17 million move from Dinamo Zagreb, but has quickly made a name for himself.
The 23-year-old played 34 times in all competitions, scoring eight goals, as Como qualified for the Champions League for the first time in their history.
The forward-thinking midfielder has taken his tally of Croatia caps to 23 at the World Cup, scoring against England in the group stage.

He is under contract at Como until 2030, but big clubs are showing an interest in snapping him up, with the likes of Manchester United, Tottenham and Aston Villa all touted as potential destinations this summer.
Suwarso is not trying to claim the Croatian is not for sale, but has pointed out that Como will not be pushed around in the transfer market.
‘If there’s an offer, we’ll listen. If we like it, we’ll accept, but we’re not afraid to refuse,’ the Como president said, via CalcioMercato.
‘Last summer, we rejected a €60m (£51m) offer for Assane Diao. I can’t say from whom. And in the winter, another €40m (£34m) for Jayden Addai.’
Como have been very ambitious under ownership Djarum Group and manager Cesc Fabregas and are hoping to keep their squad together as much as possible ahead of a Champions League challenge.
Baturina would surely be tempted by a big move elsewhere, but has talked very positively about his experience at Como.
‘Playing in Serie A taught me a lot about discipline, concentration, and consistency,’ he told Gazzetta dello Sport last month. ‘It’s a league that demands a lot from a midfielder like me, both tactically and mentally. I think this season has allowed me to grow considerably as a player.
‘The atmosphere [at Como] was incredible all year, and I believe that spirit, combined with hard work and unity of purpose from the entire club, is what made such an extraordinary season possible.’
An asking price touted for Baturina is €80 million (£68m), as reported by Sky Sport’s Gianluca DiMarzio, who also states that Bayern Munich hold an interest in him.
