Giants QB Tommy DeVito Teases Reality Show Appearance to Find Love

There’s no denying that the New York Giants‘ quarterback room is an interesting one, and some of the guys could be so entertaining that they might be worth watching on reality TV. Well, hometown boy and Giants quarterback Tommy DeVito has told reporters that he and fellow quarterback Jaxson Dart have actually talked about going on a reality show together, and it’s one about finding love.

DeVito is actually the only quarterback returning to the fold in 2025 for the Giants. The team drafted Dart, and they signed free agents Jameis Winston and Russell Wilson during the offseason. So, there are plenty of quarterbacks to work under head coach Brian Daboll and general manager Joe Schoen for the new season.

So, will Giants followers see DeVito and Dart on a reality show soon? DeVito seems like he wants it to happen.

Tommy DeVito and Jaxson Dart on the Small Screen

Speaking with reporters this week, DeVito revealed that he and Dart have a soft spot for the reality television series “Love Island.”

“Love Island USA,” according to Peacock, is a “reality competition series where singles are on a search for love while living together.” It’s on its seventh season, so it’s a popular show.

“Me and Jaxson might go on ‘Love Island,’” DeVito said during a press conference. “We’ve talked about it, so we really don’t know what’s about to happen.”

When asked how much time the two spend watching the show, DeVito said, “I can’t say we [see] it every night. But from time to time, if we get an off day, we watch it and talk about it.”

As for what’s going on with “Love Island” right now, “During the June 17 episode of Love Island USA,’ Ariana Madix revealed the Islanders would be going through yet another recoupling and Jeremiah left his fellow cast members in shock,” NBC states in the current show’s description. “Instead of choosing to get back into a couple with Huda, Jeremiah chose to stay with bombshell Iris Kendall.” It sounds like quite a juicy show.

Jaxson Dart With Something to Prove

But, back to football, In a June 10 piece for CBS Sports, Josh Edwards names some new NFL players who he believes have to prove their value and worth in 2025.

He says Dart has something to prove, because the Giants traded up to get him, showing that they really had to pay for this deal. Dart will likely train to be the quarterback of the future, with Wilson serving as their main quarterback.

“The Giants traded up into the first round to secure Dart,” he states. “There had been rumors of the front office and coaching staff’s infatuation with the quarterback prior to draft night and leadership has done nothing to hide those feelings post-selection. Dart may be the key to coach Brian Daboll and general manager Joe Schoen’s fate beyond this season, as well.”

As I mentioned earlier, in the short-term, the Giants “will almost certainly start veteran Russell Wilson Week 1, but the franchise is expected to ready Dart for action by season’s end.”
