The Buffalo Bills are the only team in the AFC with a 4-0 record after defeating the New Orleans Saints 31-19 last week.
Bills quarterback Josh Allen completed 16-of-22 passes for 209 yards and two touchdowns, along with 7 carries for 45 yards and a score against the Saints. The league’s reigning MVP made NFL history against New Orleans, tying Cam Newton for the most games (45) with a passing and rushing touchdown in NFL history.
Next up, Allen and Co. host the New England Patriots on Sunday Night Football. A win would make Buffalo 3-0 against teams in their division. The Patriots (2-2) are fresh off their best of the season, a 42-13 win over the Carolina Panthers.
Week 5 marks the first time they’ll face the Patriots with Mike Vrabel as head coach. It also marks a return to Highmark Stadium for wide receiver Stefon Diggs, who signed a three-year, $63.6 million contract with Buffalo’s AFC East rival in March.
Fans hope to see Allen’s wife, Hailee Steinfeld, in Orchard Park for the primetime showdown. While Steinfeld stays away from the jumbotron, photos emerged of Steinfeld at Highmark Stadium during Buffalo’s 31-21 over the Miami Dolphins in Week 3.
Fans also spotted the Oscar-nominated actress celebrating with Allen’s mom during Buffalo’s season opener against the Baltimore Ravens. Ahead of the Bills-Patriots game, however, Steinfeld spent some time with Allen and a Bills legend at the team’s facility.

Josh Allen & The Bills Will Rock All-White ‘Cold Front’ Uniforms In Week 5
If Steinfeld is heading to Highmark Stadium on Sunday, fans can expect her to be wearing all white. While the Bills debut their “Cold Front” Nike Rivalry uniforms on October 5, fans are urged to wear white from head to toe.
Steinfeld wrote in her newsletter, Beau Society, last month, “I get a ton of questions about my game-day fits, so this feels like as good a time as any to tell you about my thought process there.
On game days, I usually keep it to jeans, a t-shirt, and a hat. That’s my go-to formula; however, I have a lot of fun leaning into my vintage collection (which has turned into a real treasure trove in our basement), finding special pieces to pull out for the pure celebration that is a Sunday at Highmark Stadium.”
