Mauricio Pochettino revealed he was ‘disappointed’ with Chelsea’s full-backs during their Premier League stalemate against Bournemouth.

The Blues’ sluggish start to the new campaign continued at the Vitality Stadium where they were forced to settled for a goalless draw, having missed a host of presentable opportunities.

Indeed, the outcome could have been worse had it not been for two tremendous saves from Robert Sanchez, who denied Andoni Iraola a first win at the Cherries boss.

While Pochettino was keen to stress the positives, he confessed he was less than pleased with the performances of Levi Colwill and Malo Gusto, as well as Ben Chilwell who came on as a late substitite.

He said: ‘One thing I am disappointed is they [the full-backs] try to go forward too much and create confusion to the offensive players and give the opponent chances to get chances.’
