For many, the out of the ordinary relationship between former New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick and his 24-year-old girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, was just that… strange. There were rumors swirling that said that the 24-year-old was running his life and had a real say in any and all decisions the 73-year-old made.
Bu, if you’re like me, you chalked that up to hearsay. Belichick has made a lot of enemies over the years, it’s finally their time to punch back.
That was until this morning. Investigative journalist Pablo Torre acquired an exclusive leaked video that showcased just how toxic this relationship has become. In a segment in which the coach was mic’d up for a football show, his girlfriend is heard questioning he and the host on their football terminology, criticizing the production company, and even going after one employee in particular saying “they cant do s***”.
The six minute clip gets worse every second so, if you need to watch it in intervals to manage the cringe, I got you.

“What we have here is behind the scenes footage from the set of Coach at NFL Films studios,” Torre says in an attempt to prep the audience for what they are about to hear.

The video captured first sees Jordon Hudson telling Bill Belichick and his former defensive coordinator, Matt Patricia, that they should change their keys to the game…
“Is it necessary to say ‘keep them out of the end zone’ because I feel like that’s pretty self explanatory,” Hudson says to the duo that won eight and three Super Bowl Championships, respectively.
“100%,” Belichick argues. “We just said the Cowboys offense is the best offense in the league, they have the most yards per game, so they’re going to get the ball down there, we know they’re going to get the ball down there. So preventing touchdowns and keeping them to field goals is going to be the key to the game.”
This clip doesn’t serve as another hit piece. What makes this clip so different from what we’ve seen so far is that this isn’t about wardrobe or show appearances. This clip isn’t showcasing how Jordon has changed his style. This is football.
When you are the coach of a 2-3 football team and you’re seen arguing with your girlfriend, who contextually has been rumored to be making a lot of decisions behind the scenes, about football related things… it is no longer your personal life. The people at the University of North Carolina begin to wonder who they hired, Bill or Jordon.
Bill Belichick and Jordon Critique The Production Team
This clip sounds so much worse when you hear it than when it is read so if you haven’t gotten a chance to listen, save this for later and come back. But the duo of Belichick and Hudson then turned their sights to the production team at NFL Films.
Now, I remind you, this was not a Bill Belichick production. The coaches were there as hired analysts for a Hulu show that will be coming out.
Jordon than starts asking the production crew why their graphics are set up that way. The 24-year-old criticized the verbage used, then explained that, in 30 minutes on Photoshop, she could have done it better…
“This feels like a how many people does it take to screw in a light bulb situation,” Jordon continues.
“If somebody puts on a clock I can create this in five minutes, will you give me two grand to do that?” she asks directly to an employee at Hulu.
Torre then goes on to explain that, from his source at Hulu, Hudson showed up and started telling them how to do their production. Saying that they didn’t realize why she was doing “any of this”.
When it comes to this Jordon and Belichick situation, I think it’s safe to say believe what you hear. This is getting weirder by the day.
