Real Madrid teammates Aurelien Tchouameni and Fede Valverde have reportedly been involved in another dressing room fight that has resulted in the Uruguayan needing hospital treatment.

Chaos has engulfed the Spanish giants ahead of Sunday’s Clasico showdown against Barcelona.

On Wednesday, The Athletic reported Tchouameni and Valverde clashed at the end of training with the row continuing back in the dressing room.

Marca now report the dire atmosphere at the club has taken a turn for the worse with the two midfielders involved in a ‘serious incident’ that has prompted an emergency meeting at the club.

Sources told the newspaper that today’s new incident was ‘much worse’ than the one that took place yesterday at Valdebebas.

The latest drama was sparked when Valverde refused to shake the France international’s hand following their disagreement the previous day.

After a very hostile training session, things boiled over in the dressing room once again with Valverde suffering ‘a heavy blow that caused a cut’, resulting in a trip to hospital.

The report adds the altercation was ‘not provoked’ by Tchouameni with several teammates called into action to stop the fight.

COPE report the club have already begun disciplinary proceedings against both players.

Shortly after the scrap, the club held an emergency meeting in the dressing room in attempts to try and clear the air.

Reports elsewhere in Spain claim Real president Florentino Perez had to personally intervene on the ground to try and restore some order.

It is the latest in a string of explosive incidents to rock Los Blancos with their season spiralling out of control.

Earlier this week, it was reported Antonio Rudiger slapped teammate Alvaro Carreras in an incident that took place in February.

Former Manchester United youngster Carreras described it as an ‘isolated’ incident but Spanish TV show El Chiringuito reported this week a similar incident took place again last month.

Rudiger was reportedly told to apologise to the youngster by senior teammates.

Kylian Mbappe was also involved in an argument with a member of the Real Madrid staff during a training session.

Mbappe is currently sidelined with a hamstring injury sustained in late April against Real Betis. He was given time off last week, taking a trip to Sardinia with the club’s permission.

Fans however were outraged when pictures emerged of the France international relaxing on a yacht with an online petition which, at the time of writing, has been signed by over 32 million Madrid supporters.

Mbappe is expected to be available for Sunday’s derby against Barcelona where the Catalan giants will be crowned champions with a win.
