Rod Stewart’s son suffered a brutal knockout just 13 seconds into his boxing debut.

Sean Stewart, the third eldest of Rod’s eight children, made the move into the chaotic world of Misfits Boxing at a show in Nashville, Tennessee last weekend.

Misfits pits social media influencers, former MMA fighters and other sports and celebrity personalities against each other with Sean enduring a debut to forget on Saturday.

Stepping between the ropes for the first time at the age of 45, Sean was billed simply as ‘Rod Stewart’s son’ as part of DAZN’s live coverage of the fight.

After the opening bell, he was immediately pounced upon by his opponent Bdave, 18 years his junior.

With just 13 seconds of the fight gone, the son of the music legend was caught with a vicious right with two follow-up shots sending him crashing to the mat.

It made some unwanted history for Sean with the knockout the fastest in the history of Misfits boxing.

Sean was left prone on the mat, staying down while his opponent wildly celebrated the win before being helped back to his feet by the referee.

His father Rod was not in attendance – perhaps for the best.

In an uncomfortable watch, Stewart appeared to have very little boxing experience under his belt, failing to keep his guard up as his opponent began targeting him with shots – one of the most basic and fundamental rules of the sport.

‘Why he put his hands down,’ one viewer wrote on X with another adding: 1 punch and he dropped his guard, no way this guy did any sparring.’

‘Tell me this fight should have happened,’ another wrote. ‘Rob Stewart’s son could barely even push him. He doesn’t even look stable on his own 2 feet.’

Bdave in comparison had fought on seven previous occasions in a variety of exhibition bouts.
