Taylor Swift Being Dubbed a ‘Legend’ for 1 Particular Move During Travis Kelce’s Bye Week

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are proving they know how to turn a quiet week into headline-making magic. While the Kansas City Chiefs enjoy their bye week, the power couple is spending time together in New York City — dining at exclusive clubs, making surprise appearances, and giving fans another reason to swoon.

Just hours after the Chiefs’ loss to the Buffalo Bills, Kelce joined Swift in Manhattan for a dinner date at the Polo Club, followed by a night out at the ultra-private Zero Bond. It’s the pair’s first public outing since Kelce’s proposal in August — and it’s safe to say they stole the show.

Taylor Swift’s Date Night Moment Has Fans Calling Her a ‘Legend’

During their night out at Zero Bond, a members-only club known for its strict no-photos rule, Swift and Kelce were spotted by a few lucky guests. Among them was former “Bachelorette” star Jason Tartick, who couldn’t help but gush about the couple on Instagram before deleting his post.

“She had the iconic red lipstick on. She had the watch and her new ring was absolutely blinging,” Tartick shared. “I was absolutely blown away at how present she was. Like there was nothing in the world happening other than the people in front of her. My favorite was when her drink was done so she reached over and took his drink for a nice big gulp. Legend.”

Tartick also revealed that Swift ordered “white wine of some sort” and that whatever dessert the couple shared “was fire.” The post quickly went viral before it was taken down, with fans calling Swift “effortlessly cool” and “real.”

‘The Fate of Ophelia’ Breaks Swift’s Own Record

Beyond her date-nights, Swift continues to dominate the music world. Her latest single, “The Fate of Ophelia,” from her 12th studio album, “The Life of a Showgirl,” just became her longest-running No. 1 hit on Spotify’s Global Chart. The song has held the top spot for 36 consecutive days, surpassing her previous record with “Shake It Off.”

“The hook is someone comes into your life and rescues you from the fate of being driven mad by love,” Swift explained on the “Heart Breakfast” radio show. She also confirmed that the lyric “Keep it 100” was inspired by her and Kelce’s favorite numbers, 13 and 87, combined.

Released on October 5 — Kelce’s 36th birthday — the track’s music video doubled as a romantic tribute to the NFL star. The song also sits at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for the fourth week in a row.

And while Swift wasn’t eligible for 2026 Grammy nominations because of timing, her name still made headlines when she earned her first-ever nomination for the Songwriters Hall of Fame — a major milestone in her first year of eligibility.

The Chiefs return to action on Sunday, Nov. 16 when they take on the Denver Broncos at Empower Field at Mile High — meaning once again, Swift will probably not be in attendance. Kick off is at 4:25 p.m. ET (3:25 p.m. local time) on CBS.
