The Golden State Warriors are starting to get hit by the injury bug.
After starting the season mostly healthy, the Warriors are now starting to hit a point where they are having multiple starters out. Jonathan Kuminga has missed the last three games with tendonitis in both of his knees.
The biggest concern for them is that Stephen Curry hurt his ankle in a game against the Magic, although he did finish the game. Yet, it was a concerning injury because of the ankle issues that Curry has had in the past.
Steph Curry will now be held out of a game as he recovers from that incident.

Warriors Rule Steph Curry Out of Heat Matchup
According to the NBA injury report, the Warriors have officially ruled Curry out of a game against the Heat. The official injury designation for him is right ankle soreness, so it is not a sprain. That’s the best-case scenario for someone who has a history of ankle injuries.
Following the game against the Magic, Curry was asked about the ankle injury. He initially injured it against the Spurs, and indicated that while talking about it.
“Still dealing with it a little bit. I felt like myself, but still have some symptoms. It was a sore ankle from a couple of games ago, a little bit tonight. Those are things you’re just trying to play through and trying to figure out how to build momentum.”
Curry didn’t seem concerned with it, and this doesn’t seem like a long-term issue.

Warriors’ Jimmy Butler Questionable For Heat Homecoming
Unfortunately for Golden State, Jimmy Butler has been ruled as questionable for this game. Butler has a right lower back strain, which could keep him out of his second game at Miami since being traded from the Heat last season.
After playing against the Magic, Butler was unsure if he would play against the Heat.
“Who knows? Who knows? We’ll see how I feel when I wake up. That’s how it goes.”
The Warriors are a very dangerous team with both Curry and Butler on the floor. Off the floor, the team struggles to score the basketball. Against a resurgent Heat team, it might be hard to manufacture points.
