The Premier League is set to come to its conclusion on Sunday, with all eyes on the race to secure Champions League qualification for next season.

At the top of the table, Liverpool already have things wrapped up after securing their second Premier League title with four games to spare.

And at the other end of the table, there will be no final-day drama given that Southampton, Ipswich Town and Leicester City have already been relegated.

The drama, therefore, has been reserved for the top-five battle as five clubs battle it out for the remaining three spots in next year’s Champions League.

Just one point currently separates Newcastle United in fourth and Nottingham Forest in seventh, with Chelsea and Aston Villa sitting in fifth and sixth, respectively.

Manchester City sit in third – two points ahead of Newcastle – but Pep Guardiola’s side are not yet certain of finishing in the top five.

The eventual top five will gain access to the Champions League, joining Tottenham after they won the Europa League on Wednesday evening.

Meanwhile, sixth place will go into the Europa League and seventh place into the Conference League.

And there is even a chance that eighth place could earn an additional spot in the Conference League should Chelsea win the Conference League and then finish seventh, or finish sixth and Newcastle seventh.

Ahead of the Premier League’s final day on Sunday, here is what action you can watch on TV in the UK.

Fans will be able to watch three of the ten matches on the Premier League final day in the UK.

While Liverpool have already wrapped up the league title, their final game against FA Cup winners Crystal Palace will be televised from Anfield as Arne Slot’s side finally get to lift the trophy.

In the battle for the top five, Chelsea’s visit to face Nottingham Forest will also be televised as Nuno Espirito Santo’s side look to leapfrog the Blues into the final Champions League spot.

And concluding the Sunday’s television coverage is Aston Villa, who will be hoping to take advantage of any slip-ups from those above them to sneak into the Champions League spots.

Unai Emery’s side will surely fancy their chances against Manchester United, who will be licking their wounds after a Europa League final defeat to Tottenham.
