Xfinity is closing its 11-year run as the title sponsor of the NASCAR Xfinity Series in a way that fans will definitely appreciate: a commercial-free championship race.
The CW Network will broadcast the last race of the 2025 season, a 127-lap battle at Phoenix Raceway, without a single commercial break on November 1, 2025.
We couldn’t think of a better way to end the Xfinity Series era.

All the action, from the first lap to the final checkered flag, will be live and uninterrupted. It is the exact way of parting for Xfinity, which began its sponsorship of the series in 2015.
“The NASCAR Xfinity Series has always been about showcasing the next generation of stars, and for more than a decade, our partners at Xfinity have helped elevate that mission,” said Brian Herbst, NASCAR EVP, Chief Media & Revenue Officer. “As we close out an incredible season on The CW, delivering the final stage of the championship race commercial-free is a perfect way to thank our passionate fans who make this series so special.”
A Decade of Xfinity Series Legacy
For over ten years, Xfinity has been instrumental in the making of the NASCAR Xfinity Series as one of the most thrilling arenas of the sport. The series became a vehicle for the promotion of many future NASCAR Cup Series stars. Under the banner of Xfinity, fans have witnessed a plethora of tightly contested races, daring moves, and triumphant victories.
“For 11 incredible years, the NASCAR Xfinity Series has given us a way to connect with some of the most passionate fans in all of sports,” said Matt Lederer, Vice President of Brand Partnerships and Engagement, Comcast. “As our time as title sponsor comes to a close, we wanted to do something special to say thank you. Partnering with The CW to present the final stage of this year’s championship race commercial-free is one way of giving back to the fans who have supported the series, and Xfinity, every step of the way.”
In tribute to that heritage, the 2025 season finale will feature champions from 2015 to 2024 rallying together. The names, therefore, among others, are Chris Buescher, Daniel Suárez, William Byron, Tyler Reddick, Austin Cindric, Daniel Hemric, Ty Gibbs, Cole Custer, and the most recent champion.
Not only will they gather at Phoenix Raceway, but they will also unite in the spirit of the past to give the ceremonial command to start engines. It is both a look back at the series’ heritage and an acknowledgment of Xfinity’s enduring influence on the sport.
A New Chapter for NASCAR’s Future
After the checkered flag drops at Phoenix, O’Reilly Auto Parts will be the new title sponsor in 2026. However, the company is not new to NASCAR as O’Reilly has been a partner of the sport for more than two decades.
While Xfinity is moving on, the legacy that it has left is one of innovation and fan engagement. The ad-free finale is not only a goodbye but also a thank-you gift to the fans who have supported the series for more than ten years.
Xfinity’s last move is sure to bring the things that racing fans are most passionate about: speedy cars, major moments, and the continuity of the action from the beginning up to the end.
