Patrick Mahomes’ mom, Randi Mahomes, gave fans a peek inside her home — and possibly a glimpse into the future of the Mahomes family. In a new Instagram video, the proud mom shared sentimental family pieces, including a set of custom-made chairs celebrating her son’s Super Bowl victories. But one lighthearted comment she made during the tour has fans wondering whether she’s hinting at even more Super Bowls — and maybe more grandkids.
Patrick Mahomes’ Mom, Randi, Hints at ‘More Grandkids‘ and ‘More Super Bowls‘ in the Future
In her Instagram post, Randi walked followers through a small home tour, showing off personal items that hold special meaning. One of the most eye-catching details was a trio of handcrafted wooden chairs made by an artisan from East Texas.
Each chair was created to celebrate one of Patrick’s Super Bowl wins — in 2020, 2023, and 2024 — and, as it turns out, each one also corresponds to one of her grandchildren.
“These chairs were handmade by a guy from East Texas,” Randi explained. “And these are one. I have three. So each grandkid has one.”
Then, with a smile, she added the comment that got fans talking. “That means more Super Bowls and more chairs. I’m ready. More grandkids.”
She also showed off her arrowhead collection, which she said she collected with her father in Texas. A somewhat ironic collection given that her son now plays at GEHA Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.
Patrick Mahomes Says He’s ‘Good With Three‘ — For Now
Patrick Mahomes hasn’t ruled out adding to his family, though he’s content for the time being.
During a January press conference, the Kansas City Chiefs star admitted that while three kids feels like the right number, “maybe” isn’t completely off the table.
“My goal was always three. So we’ve had three,” Mahomes said. “We’ll stick there for a while and see if we need to come back and get another one later on.”
The 29-year-old and his wife, Brittany Mahomes, are parents to Sterling Skye, born in 2021; Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, born in 2022; and Golden Raye, born in January 2025.
“It’s cool to welcome another baby girl in our family and see how our kids react to her,” Mahomes said after Golden’s birth. “Having baby sissy and stuff like that.”
He also praised Brittany for managing the busy household. “She’s doing everything,” he said. “I try to be supportive.”
Brittany Mahomes Balances Motherhood, Sports, and Advocacy
Brittany has said that three children “feels right” for now. “We’re done, we’re done for a while,” she told WHOOP earlier this year. “I feel like you can never say you’re done, but I think three is all I need.”
Beyond parenting, Brittany continues to make an impact in sports and philanthropy. The former professional soccer player and co-owner of the Kansas City Current joined the NWSL advisory board in November 2025 to help promote growth and leadership opportunities for women in sports.
She also remains active with the couple’s 15 and the Mahomies
Foundation, partnering with Food Allergy Research & Education (FARE) to improve awareness and safety programs after revealing that both Sterling and Bronze have food allergies.
“We are deeply grateful to Brittany and Patrick Mahomes and the 15 and the Mahomies Foundation for their incredible support,” FARE said in a statement. “Their leadership is making a lasting difference for families nationwide.”
