The Bridge fire, which broke out over the weekend in the Angeles National Forest, had devoured 2,995 acres as of Monday night, Sept. 9.
The blaze started in the East Fork Road area by Cattle Canyon Bridge around 2:40 p.m. on Sunday, Sept, 8, according to Angeles National Forest officials. The fire forced the call to evacuate the community of Baldy Village.
