Her body was found in the River Thames near Vauxhall Bridge on Saturday, the Metropolitan Police said.
The 55-year-old’s death is “being treated as unexpected, but not suspicious”, it added.
Trisha’s, a jazz club on Greek Street in Soho, said in an Instagram post that Ms Reddington-Romanov is a trans woman.
She had reportedly walked from the bar towards Bateman Street on September 20 at 2am wearing a white Chanel suit.
A photograph of Ms Reddington-Romanov was shared on the account in a bid to find her.
Her friend, Tracy Kawalik, told Metro that Ms Reddington-Romanov had eaten dinner in Chinatown with the owner of Trisha’s.
She then returned to the club for a drink with the same woman – known as Trish – later that evening.
Ms Kawalik described Ms Reddington-Romanov as “vivacious, outspoken and glamorous”.
The Met said: “Natasha’s disappearance was reported to police on September 24 and a missing person‘s investigation was immediately launched.
“It was subsequently confirmed that the body recovered was that of Natasha.
“A file will be prepared for the Coroner.”
