Four people were hurt Friday in a crash involving a semitruck and another vehicle in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 290 near Elmhurst.
The eastbound lanes were temporarily shut down about 9:30 a.m. after state troopers responded to the crash near Emroy Avenue, Illinois State Police said.
Four people were taken to area hospitals with unspecified injuries, state police said.
No further information was immediately available.
