AN electrical substation in Westminster has erupted into flames.
Flames are raging and black smoke is pluming into the air from Victoria Passage, Aberdeen Place near Paddington.

People in the area have been warned to keep their doors and windows closed.
Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters have been called to the scene this morning.
Dramatic footage shows a crew watching the flames rip through the station.
Other video sees a crowd gathering outside the cordon.
The Brigade’s 999 Control officers have received around 73 calls alerting them to the blaze.
Station Commander Paul Morgan is at the scene, he said: “This is a very visible fire and there is lots of smoke. Residents are advised to keep their windows and doors shut.”
London Fire Brigade was called at 5.29am and is still on scene.
Fire crews from Paddington and Euston fire stations are in attendance.
The cause of the fire is not known at this stage.
