Frantic hunt for woman, 67, who vanished on walk with her German Shepherd as cops ‘concerned for her safety’
AN urgent search has been launched after a woman disappeared on a dog walk.
Cops believe Ruth Wightman, 67, may still be in Cliff Castle, West Yorkshire, and was with her German Shepherd when she went missing last night.
The 67-year-old, from Keighley, was last seen at around 6pm on Tuesday.
The pet is understood to have not been on a lead.
A post on the force’s Facebook page said: “Police are concerned for her safety and ask if sighted please call 101 and quote log 1670 29/4/25.”
