Three people, including a 15-year-old boy, were wounded in a shooting Friday evening in South Chicago.
The three was standing on the sidewalk in the 9000 block of South Exchange Avenue when someone opened fire about 7:25 p.m., Chicago police said.
The 15-year-old was struck in the ankle and was taken in serious condition to Comer Children’s Hospital, police said.
A man, 18, was struck in the back and arm, and another man, 19, suffered a graze wound to the hand. Both were taken in good condition to University of Chicago Medical Center, police said.
No arrests have been made.
