Judge Arun Subramanian has threatened to kick Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs from his courtroom after he ‘vigorously nodded’ at jurors.

The 55-year-old music artist is facing charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution – he has denied all allegations against him.

The hearings kicked off last month in New York, with his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, and Kid Cudi among those who have taken the stand so far.

As proceedings began earlier today, multiple outlets have reported that Diddy has been threatened with expulsion from the court for seemingly attempting to ‘interact’ with jurors.

Speaking to Comb’s attorney, the judge Subramanian said in court: ‘Mr Agnifilo, your client was looking at jurors and nodding vigorously.

‘This can’t continue, or I will give a limiting instruction you won’t like, or other measures, including barring your client from the courtroom. Do you understand?’

Defence attorney Marc Agnifilo told the judge that it would not happen again.

The judge then added: ‘There should be no efforts whatsoever to have an interaction with this jury.’

This comes just days after a screaming woman was removed from the trial after an explicit outburst.

According to People Magazine, she could be heard screaming: ‘These motherf**kers are laughing at you.

‘You’re laughing at a Black man’s legacy.’

Combs is thought to have remained seated during the incident, but turned around when Judge Subramanian ordered officers to remove the woman.

Bryana Bongolan took to the stand on Thursday as Diddy’s attorney, Nicole Westomoreland, questioned Bongolan about an incident when he allegedly dangled her off a 17-story balcony.

The court also saw Video expert Frank Piazza tell the courtroom that the viral footage of Combs assaulting Ventura in a hotel in 2016, was not digitally altered. He said the same of cellphone videos that were analysed.

This testimony was necessary as Combs’ lawyers claimed the videos were digitally manipulated.

It was also confirmed on Thursday that video footage of the ‘freak-offs’ at the centre of this trial will not ever be released to the public.
