Halle Berry got everyone’s attention when she shared a video of herself looking happy and carefree as she danced in a white bikini. The music she was dancing to was her partner Van Hunt’s latest EP, “A Heart Full Of Questions.”

The clip, which Berry posted on Instagram on June 27, was a sweet way for her to show her support for Hunt’s music. In the caption, she teased how his EP is “streaming on all platforms.” Also in the caption, she wrote, “When your man’s music is so good you just can’t help yourself!”

Fans reacted to the post, revealing that they were inspired to dance too. But they also remarked on how gorgeous and content Berry appears to be. And she is, because Berry followed up with a second Instagram post on June 29 (you can see it here), in which she addressed how age has helped her become more comfortable in her skin. She is 58.

In the video, she discusses how “age is just a number, and feeling youthful or beautiful is really just an internal feeling.” She echoed her powerful statement in the caption, writing, “Best part of menopause? I don’t give a [expletive]. Not about opinions. Not about playing it cute. I move how I want, wear what I want, and do it for me. That’s the freedom no one tells you about ‘til you’re living it.”

She continued, “There’s nothing like a spontaneous dance party, and my partner just wrote this song as a witness to where I’m at right now in life — unstoppable, joyful, and FREE!” In the caption, Berry also encouraged fans to participate in the Can’t Stop the Rhythm Challenge, which requires posting a video of themselves dancing to a track by Van Hunt and tagging her.

Halle Berry Is Inspiring a Movement With Her Man’s Music

“Well, I’ve been married three times. Van has been married once, and so no, we don’t feel like we have to get married to validate our love in any way. We don’t,” Berry said. Still, this new video gives a glimpse into their relationship and how they support each other, and it’s beautiful!
