David and Trent Sanson, the father-and-son duo formerly of DeNova Homes, are accused in a federal indictment of attempting to bribe an Antioch city councilmember in an effort to secure the release of a $12 million company bond, but they have not been convicted of or pled guilty to any illegal activity in the case.
