A Chicago Police officer was uninjured after two people opened fire at the officer Wednesday evening in Englewood, according to police.
The officer was driving an unmarked squad car east in the 300 block of West 60th Street when they passed a vacant lot where two people opened fire, Chicago police said.
No one was struck by the gunfire, police said, and it’s unclear if the squad car was hit. No arrests were reported.
