SUNNYVALE – A man was found with life-threatening injuries over the weekend in Sunnyvale, and now authorities are asking for the public’s help in figuring out what happened to him.
Officers were called to the area of Sunnyvale and East Evelyn avenues around 6:35 a.m. Saturday for a report of an unresponsive man on the sidewalk, according to the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety.
The man was rushed to the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose with life-threatening injuries. He was in critical condition Monday.
“This remains an active investigation, and officers are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident,” police said in an advisory. “We are seeking the public’s assistance.”
