âNCISâ star Wilmer Valderrama is now a father of two! On July 11 Valderrama and his fiancée Amanda Pacheco welcomed their second child together, a son named Wolf Monte Valderrama. The couple also share a 4-year-old daughter, Nakano Oceana.
Valderrama and Pacheco announced the birth of their son in a joint Instagram post on July 19 which features several black and white photos of their precious new addition. In one pic, Nakano is holding her baby brother and it is cuteness overload.
Valderrama Loves Being a Dad
Valderrama, who starred as Fez on âThat â70s Showâ from 1998 until 2006, says he âwas born to be a dad.â The actor spoke with People in February when he and Pacheco announced they were expecting again, and he had some very sweet things to say about fatherhood.Â
He explained that he felt âa sense of purposeâ once his daughter was born. “Like you could in fact lift a car if you had to,â Valderrama shared. âPersonally, being a girl dad has been the most fulfilling feeling.â
Valderrama also revealed that becoming a father inspired his creative side as well. âAs an artist, it has also fueled me to make sure she has so many stories in which she sees herself as the hero of her journey!â he said of Nakano, adding, âAll in all, I was born to be a dad!”
A Loving Big Sister
According to Valderrama and Pacheco, Nakano has been ready to be a big sister for a while. “Sheâs been manifesting this for months before I found out I was even pregnant!” Pacheco said. Once Pacheco found out that she was expecting another baby, Nakano was the first to know.
Nakano was actually the one to read the results of Pachecoâs pregnancy test. “She read it to Wilmer and I, and she has been shouting it from the mountaintops to every person who comes in her path: ‘Iâm going to be a big sister!’”
Ahead of Wolfâs birth, Valderrama expressed that he wanted Nakano to feel very included. He described how his daughter would kiss Pachecoâs belly and that she had taken to bringing an extra stuffed animal to bed with her for the baby. “We want her to feel such a part of this moment so when the baby gets here she knows this is a moment for her too.”
The joy on Nakanoâs face is obvious when sheâs holding her little brother, and baby Wolf is surely in good hands.
