[VIDEO] Zac and Dylan Efron Drop New Thirst Trap, Fans Flood Comments

Zac Efron and Dylan Efron

Zac and Dylan Efron are back to breaking the internet — and it only took a golf swing. On July 22, the brothers posted a new shirtless video from the golf course, showing off their toned physiques while driving balls in sync. The Instagram Reel, captioned simply “Sticks,” quickly drew flirty comments and replay after replay from fans.

“Everyone promise me we will never forget how fine Zac Efron is,” one user wrote. Another added, “Stop it. Golf isn’t supposed to be hot.” A third commented, “So happy there’s not a limit on how many times Instagram allows me to replay a video.”

Some fans even poked fun at Zac’s “High School Musical” days, calling it a missed opportunity not to play his classic “Bet On It” track from “HSM 2″ over the clip. “Wasted opportunity to not use bet on it as the song 😂😂😂,” one fan joked.

The brothers’ latest thirst trap follows a string of shirtless content in recent weeks, including a lake day post on July 1 that showed them wakesurfing, steering boats, and trying on cowboy hats. Dylan’s girlfriend, Courtney King, also made an appearance in the carousel of moments.

Their growing list of viral moments is part of what’s made Zac, 37, and Dylan, 33, such a talked-about duo. Whether they’re sharing travel clips or flexing on the golf course, fans can’t get enough of their close-knit bond and outdoor adventures.

Zac Efron Talks Fitness Burnout and Breaking Free From the Troy Bolton Image

Zac Efron may be known for his abs, but the actor has made it clear he’s no longer chasing Baywatch-level perfection. Back in 2020, Efron told “Hot Ones” he had no desire to return to the extreme diet and workout plan he followed for the 2017 “Baywatch” film. “I never want to be in that good of shape again,” he said, citing the exhausting regimen of zero carbs, no sugar, and strict organic meals.

More recently, Efron opened up about his grueling physical transformation for 2023’s “The Iron Claw”, where he portrayed pro wrestler Kevin Von Erich. He trained for eight months, gained 15 pounds of muscle, and followed a 4,000-calorie diet. Though the results stunned fans, Efron admitted to Variety that the role took a toll on his body and mental health. “You don’t feel normal,” he said. “I have to remind myself that this should be fun above all else.”

Inside Zac and Dylan’s Brotherly Bond

While Zac has navigated Hollywood, Dylan has carved his own path in the spotlight. The younger Efron recently won season 3 of “The Traitors”, splitting $204,300 with his teammates. Before that, he worked as a producer and competed in triathlons, often joining Zac on outdoor adventures and for their Netflix docuseries “Down to Earth”.

In a February 2025 People interview, Dylan described growing up shy and private compared to Zac. “I didn’t have social media until I was probably 25, 26,” he said. But after gradually gaining confidence, Dylan has become a reality TV standout and social media favorite.

Even when “The Traitors” cast poked fun at Zac — with Bob the Drag Queen calling him “not a good actor” — Dylan said his brother wasn’t fazed. “He was laughing about it,” he said. “This is all just fun to him… He’s been super supportive of it all.”
