She is often see outside the ropes, along with their children, cheering on Young’s illustrious career.
2. Dalition and Young Married When He Was 23 Years Old
Young and Dalition married when Young was 23 years old. Around the same time, his career began to take off. Young took home the 2022 PGA Tour Rookie of the Year around the time they tied the knot. Since the couple exchanged vows, Young and Dalition have since welcomed two sons and a daughter, bought their first home, and now, Young has his first PGA Tour win under his belt.
3. Kelsey and Cameron Share 3 Children Together
Born in 2022, Kelsey and Cameron share a son together, Henry. He has often been seen with Dalition on the sidelines of Young’s tournaments. Young attributes his relaxing moments off the course to being around his family. In an interview with GolfDigest he stated,
“I think it just keeps you a little fresher. You get off the course and you can kind of forget about golf a little bit, which is really nice.”
The couple have since welcomed two more children, but little is known about them. According to a video from the 2025 Genesis Invitational posted by the PGA Tour, they can be seen attending a practice round for Young. According to the caption, their names are Vivienne and John.
4. Kelsey Dalition and Cameron Young Connected in College
Young and Dalition struck up a romance thanks to their time together at Wake Forest University. However, they seem to have known each other for much longer. In an interview with Golfweek, Young gave an insight into their history stating,
“We’ve known her family since we lived in Garrison. I played hockey for her dad and with her brother,” Young said. “They’re not a golf family at all so Kelsey is kind of still learning the ropes. It’s actually great for me, because the last thing I want to do when I get home is answer questions like, ‘Why’d you pull a 9-iron on 16?’ That would make my head explode, so that’s been a blessing.”
5. Dalition Encouraged a Change-Up Ahead of Young’s 2023 Season
At the 2023 PGA Championship at Oak Hill Country Club, Young debuted a surprising new look. Known for his ever-present beard, Cameron arrived in Rochester, NY with a clean shaven face. When asked about this change, Young credited his wife Kelsey with the decision.
“Honestly, my wife just kind of said, why don’t you shave. It wasn’t like … I don’t think I looked terrible. I don’t know,” Young said. “Yeah, I haven’t been clean-shaven probably since our first son was born [last July].”
