$30,000 in stolen, sought-after Labubu dolls recovered from Upland home, police say
Police recovered $30,000 in highly sought-after Labubu dolls from an Upland home that were allegedly stolen from a warehouse in an undisclosed community over several days, Chino police said.
A search warrant was recently issued for the home, with one suspect trying to flee but ending up surrendering to authorities.
Police found 14 boxes full of stolen dolls, they said, along with evidence that the goods were being prepared to be sold and shipped across the country.

The price per plush monster ranges in stores from $20 to $150.
The stolen Labubu dolls have since been returned to their owners, police said.
The dates of the burglaries and the identity of the suspect were not disclosed by police.
