<p id=”par-6_34″>Inside the four-time Grand Slam champion could enjoy a movie in the screening or entertain in the game room before heading to the wine cellar and grabbing her favorite bottle for her guests. </p>

Osaka did some renovations to the interiors after she moved in and added a separate structure which now boasts a full gym and a spa-like recovery suite that’s outfitted with a sauna, cold plunge, steam room, and massage table.</p>

<p id=”par-10_29″>Since the house was always Nick and Vanessa’s dream home, some are wondering why they sold it in the first place. Well, that had to do with Vanessa’s job.</p>
<p id=”par-11_55″>In 2021, Mrs. Lachey landed the starring role as Special Agent Jane Tennant on<strong> </strong><em>NCIS: Hawai’i</em>. The show was actually filmed on location in Hawaii so that meant the family needed to move to Honolulu. They lived there until the series was canceled in 2024 and decided to move back to the mainland. </p>
<p id=”par-12_50″>Vanessa said goodbye to the Aloha State via <a href=”https://www.instagram.com/p/C-myWaZJ4nA/?img_index=1″ target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Instagram</a> with a few photos, and captioned them: “Home is where the heart is … Hawai’i, you will always have my heart! Mahalo Nui Loa for 3 beautiful, magical years you gave me and my family! Now, on to the next adventure.”</p>
<p id=”par-13_52″>The “next adventure” took Nick and Vanessa back to California and after purchasing a home in Encino, not too far from their old neighborhood, something just didn’t feel right. They were eventually able to get Osaka to agree to sell them back their old house, so all’s well that ends well. </p>
