Pamela Anderson Shares Heartwarming ‘Love’ Confession About Liam Neeson

Pamela Anderson is letting her heart do the talking about Liam Neeson. The 58-year-old actress sweetly confessed she “can’t help but fall in love” with her 73-year-old co-star while promoting their new comedy “The Naked Gun,” which hit theaters on August 1.

The two first sparked romance rumors after sharing affectionate moments on the red carpet during the film’s press tour in New York and London. A source later confirmed to Daily Mail that the duo had been dating “for a while.”

In a new interview with OK! Magazine, Anderson opened up about working alongside Neeson.
“He’s such a gentleman, such a sweetheart, so giving and generous, and so complimentary and supportive that, you know, you can’t help but fall in love with him,” she shared.

The actress also praised Neeson’s sense of humor, saying, “We do have chemistry and, you know, off-set, he’s silly. He has that little boy sense of humour. Yeah, he’s funny. On set, I don’t think we broke too much, but in rehearsals, we’d be playing around and having a bit of a laugh.”

Neeson on Stepping Into Comedy

While Anderson gushed about their chemistry, Neeson admitted he wasn’t sure if he was funny enough to take on the role of Detective Frank Drebin Jr. in “The Naked Gun.”

“I would not say nerve-wracking, but every day I would go up to Akiva [Schaffer] after we wrapped and say, ‘How was it?’ Because I just didn’t know,” he told Empire. “I did not want to emulate the wonderful Leslie Nielsen, but the only thing I grabbed from him was, ‘Be serious. Don’t try to be funny.’”

The actor also shared with Entertainment Weekly that he constantly questioned his own performance, admitting, “During the whole shoot… I still did not know whether it was working for me. Pamela, Paul [Walter Hauser], Danny [Huston], everybody else, I thought, were very funny. I just couldn’t put a verdict on myself.”

A Romance Blossoms On & Off Screen

Their undeniable chemistry on screen has mirrored their growing connection off-screen. According to a report in People, Neeson has been “smitten” with Anderson, often sending her flowers and enjoying time with her family in Canada.

“Pam cooks and gardens at home… It’s wholesome and appealing and very un-Hollywood, and Liam loves that,” a source told Daily Mail.

Anderson herself has described Neeson as “the perfect gentleman,” adding that he “brings out the best in you … with respect, kindness and depth of experience.”

Together, Anderson & Neeson’s bond shines just as brightly off-screen as it does in “The Naked Gun.”
