A man died in late June after being pinned by his tractor-trailer at JBS in Greeley.
Devin Michael Bryant, 27, was pinned between his semi and another trailer on June 26 after he got out of the truck while working, according to Greeley Police Department spokesperson Kristen Duus.
The department believes he did not properly apply the brake when he got out and the truck rolled forward, Duus said.
Workers at JBS reported he was pinned at around 5 p.m., and Bryant was dead by the time police arrived.
Police believe the death to be an accident and do not suspect foul play, Duus said.
JBS did not return a call for seeking comment Thursday afternoon.
