Jude Law wasn’t snapped alongside wife, Phillipa Coan, as she supported him at the Venice Film Festival for his film The Wizard of the Kremlin.
The Holiday actor, 52, and psychologist, 38, tied the knot in 2019 following his split from ex-wife Sadie Frost.
Jude and Phillipa welcomed two children in 2020 and 2023, and have not disclosed their sex or names to the public.
The pair appeared at the prestigious film festival in support of Jude’s latest film, in which he stars as Russian president Vladimir Putin in a biopic about his life.
He stepped out on the red carpet in a dapper white suit, but was not pictured alongside Phillipa at the event.
It marked a rare public appearance for her, as she hit the red carpet in an eye-catching silver figure-hugging gown.

The couple began dating in 2015 after being introduced by mutual friends. They confirmed their relationship in May after being spotted for the first time at Hay Festival months prior.
Jude revealed the couple were engaged in February 2019 before they wed in an intimate French ceremony in May of the same year.
Despite being notoriously private about their family, The Talented Mr Ripley actor opened up about his ‘incredibly healthy’ relationship in an interview last year.
‘Phil’s a psychologist. So we enjoy a very healthy relationship where we talk a lot about how we feel, our relationships with friends, relationships with our families, and she has a wonderful perspective on all of that,’ he told GQ.
‘I think one should, in middle age, start to reflect. What are the patterns I’ve created? What are the relationships I have? Why do I have them like that? How do I feel about them?’

His latest outing comes as he defended starring as Putin in his latest film, saying he ‘doesn’t fear repercussions’ over the controversial role.
‘I hope not naïvely, but no, I didn’t fear repercussions. I felt confident in the hands of Olivier and the script and that this was a story that was going to be told intelligently and with nuance and consideration,’ he told press including Metro.
‘We weren’t looking for controversy for controversy’s sake,’ he added, while pointing out that Putin is a ‘character within a broader story’ in the movie and that it wasn’t ‘trying to define anything about anyone.’
Many have been struck by pictures of the 52-year-old transformed for the role into Putin, but the British actor was clear to stress that neither he nor his director, Olivier Assayas, wanted him to do an impersonation.
‘[Assayas] didn’t want me to hide behind a mask of prosthetics,’ Law – who doesn’t affect any kind of Russian accent for the part – continued.
‘Nonetheless, he works with an amazing makeup and hair team. We had a lot of reference for that period of Putin’s life, and we just tried to find a familiarity on me. It’s amazing what a great wig can do!’
