While there was little surprise in seeing Eriksen leave the club at the end of his contract, the decision to let the striker move on was.
‘That’s how it is in football. You never know when it’s your turn to move on,’ Dorgu said while away on international duty with Denmark.

‘We knew that it would happen to Christian [Eriksen], but it was perhaps a bigger shock that Rasmus had to move on.
‘I talked to him a lot during the process and could sense which way it was going.
‘Hopefully, we will now see each other every time on the national team.’
Hojlund joined United in a deal worth £72m in 2023.
Amorim made it clear he was not in his plans for the season, leaving him out of the side’s final pre-season game and each of their four matches this season.
The former Atalanta star joins former teammate Scott McTominay at Napoli, who will be obligated to make the deal permanent for a fee of £38m should they qualify for the Champions League this term.
