Two Republican lawmakers have said they want Charlie Kirk’s face put on hundreds of thousands of new silver dollar coins.
Texan August Pfluger and Arizona-based Abraham Hamadeh told Fox News the coins would read ‘Well done, good and faithful servant’ if they’re approved and made in 2026.
Pfluger added: ‘This commemorative coin will make Charlie the youngest American ever immortalised on legal U.S. currency.
‘It’s a fitting honour that cements his extraordinary legacy alongside presidents and founding fathers who shaped our republic.’
Normally, US currency features historical figures and past presidents – but some commemorative coins have featured others.
The law states that no living person in the United States can be featured on currency.

A funeral for Kirk, who was shot dead while speaking at a college in Utah earlier this month, was held this past weekend.
More than 100,000 are estimated to have attended.
Founder of Turning Point USA, the dad-of-two was a close ally of President Donald Trump and an infamous commenter on issues such as trans rights and gun control.
Announcing his death, Trump wrote on Truth Social: ‘The Great, and even Legendary, Charlie Kirk, is dead. No one understood or had the Heart of the Youth in the United States of America better than Charlie.’
Charlie spoke passionately about conservative values on college campuses, writing five books and launching a podcast and YouTube channel with 3.8 million subscribers.
Earlier this year he was at the Oxford Union, debating students on women’s rights.
Charlie married former Miss Arizona Erika Frantzve Kirk. She’s since been named as the new head of Turning Point USA.
