The Kansas City Chiefs silenced a lot of critics after their dominant 37-20 win over the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4.
After starting 0-2 for the first time in Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes‘ NFL career, Kansas City is 2-2 as they enter Week 5 against the Jacksonville Jaguars (3-1). Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce participated in 66% of the team’s snaps against Baltimore, registering five receptions for 48 yards.
“He’s all in all the time. He gets mad at me, but it’s my responsibility to make sure we don’t get too many reps in there,” Chiefs head coach Andy Reid told reporters on Monday, September 29. “He’d play every play if he had his choice.”
Kelce’s fiancée, Taylor Swift, quietly returned to Arrowhead for the AFC showdown. While Swift successfully evaded cameras, fans spotted Swift’s dad, Scott Swift, and brother, Austin Swift, in Kelce’s suite on Sunday.

Swift, of course, is gearing up for a huge week of public appearances as she promotes her new album, “The Life of a Showgirl,” which drops on October 3. She’s set to appear on “The Graham Norton Show” on the album’s release date, “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on October 6, and “Late Night With Seth Meyers” on October 8.
While the pop star has a lot going on at the moment, “The Official Release Party of a Showgirl” film also premieres in theaters on October 3, Swift made sure to celebrate her future husband’s big win on Sunday.
Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce Went to 1587 Prime After The Ravens-Chiefs Game
DeuxMoi reported that Swift was spotted at 1587 Prime, Kelce and Mahomes’ restaurant at the Loews Hotel in Kansas City, after the game on Sunday. It was more than just a fan sighting; the outlet noted they had proof of her presence.
Considering the restaurant has a private dining room, it seems like the perfect place for the famous couple to hang out after the game. The 14-time Grammy winner has frequented the restaurant numerous times.
She attended Mahomes’ 30th birthday bash at 1587 Prime following the Chiefs’ loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 2. Country star Kane Brown posted a photo with his wife, Katelyn, Mahomes, his wife, Brittany Mahomes, Kelce, and Swift and wrote, “happy birthday Pat & congrats TT ❤️ thanks for hosting us Britt 🙏🏽.”
Swift also attended friends and family soft opening on September 8. “Taylor wore a blue denim mid-thigh dress paired with wedges, her hair swept to the side, while Travis kept it casual in a green striped shirt and cap,” TMZ reported.
“We’re told the two acted like any normal couple — laughing with his teammates, trading quick kisses, and flashing smiles across the room whenever they drifted apart…. After more than two and a half hours of socializing, our sources say Taylor and Travis slipped into a back area together to wrap the night.”
Taylor Swift Is Not Expected To Attend The Chiefs-Jaguars Game
With her jam-packed promotional schedule for the 12th studio album, it seems highly unlikely that Swift makes it to EverBank Stadium for the Chiefs‘ Monday Night Football matchup in Week 5.
However, even if she wasn’t promoting a new record, she might’ve skipped the road game regardless. Save for Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans, Swift hasn’t attended an away game since the 2023 NFL season.
