The San Francisco 49ers square off against their division rivals, the Los Angeles Rams, at 5:15 p.m. PT on Thursday at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.
The 49ers are coming off a loss Sunday at home to the Jacksonville Jaguars, and quarterback Brock Purdy aggravated his toe injury in that game. He is listed as questionable, with backup Mac Jones waiting in the wings if he can’t play.
The 49ers defense will have to stop a Rams attack that features Puka Nacua, the NFL’s leading receiver, and East Bay native DaVante Adams.
