Olivia Attwood isn’t bothered when people talk about her – in fact, she gets it.
The former Love Island star has been in the public eye long enough to know that gossip comes with the territory, and she’d rather embrace it than pretend she’s above it all.
Olivia’s openness extends to her marriage to footballer Bradley Dack, which she’s never portrayed as picture-perfect.
The 34-year-old told HELLO!: ‘Everyone has stuff going on behind the scenes and they don’t talk about it, so when it comes to your own relationship, you have to give yourself a break. Also, weirder things happen in this industry than any other industry.
‘I don’t condemn people for gossiping about my relationship because I love gossiping about other people.’

The couple tied the knot in June 2023 after a long, sometimes rocky relationship, and she’s always been candid about the reality behind the red carpet appearances and Instagram pics.
The reality star has openly admitted that she went on Love Island back in 2017 to get back at her then ex, now husband, Bradley – and we can all see it worked a charm.

When they reunited after Olivia’s short-lived post-villa romance with Chris Hughes. After reconnecting with Bradley, Olivia made it clear that she sets her own terms.

Now one of ITV’s most familiar faces, Olivia has carved out a career defined by honesty and complete authenticity.
From her screaming matches on Love Island to becoming a respected presenter and documentary maker, Olivia is now a face you constantly see popping up on ITV, whether she is on the Loose Women panel or hosting her new show, Bad Boyfriends.

After eight years in the limelight, she has learnt that when you live your life publicly, you might as well enjoy the conversation.
During the interview admitted her family’s tendency to speak their minds has given her thick skin, joking that ‘everything that comes out of their mouth is a PR nightmare.’
Growing up surrounded by big personalities, she says, helped shape her own straight-talking nature: ‘Sometimes the people that have the shiniest exterior have the most f****d up stuff going on.’
It’s a perspective she’s carried into her documentaries, where she explores difficult topics like toxic relationships, mental health, and the pressure of social media perfection.
She emphasised that she doesn’t shy away from personal challenges or pretend to have it all figured out. ‘I really do believe that people can reflect on their actions and they can learn and they can grow,’ she said.
‘I’m a big believer in second chances, but also it’s OK to walk away.’

Olivia has built a brand on honesty, refusing to hide behind PR gloss or pretend her life is flawless, after only recently revealing that she and Brad had been facing a tough time.
The star told MailOnline: ‘Me and Brad never pretend to have a perfect relationship, we have been up, down, left, backwards, and the last six months have been really challenging for us.’
She explained that their work is keeping them both busy, and they are making sure they work on their marriage.
‘My work and his work take precedence over everything; we have to navigate our relationship all the time. It’s the boring side of being an adult in a long-term relationship, we constantly have to work at it, and that’s just the truth.
‘No one else really wants to say that part out loud, but it is difficult at times.’
