Taylor Swift Makes Decision on Attending Chiefs-Jaguars Game: Report

The Kansas City Chiefs look to win their third consecutive game when they face the Jacksonville Jaguars on Monday Night Football.

After a dominant 37-20 victory over the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4, the most points Kansas City’s offense has scored in a single game since 2023, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes feels confident.

“Obviously, the guys made plays, and we were able to score a lot of points, but I’m always big on the execution,” Mahomes told reporters. “Executing on the plays that are called, and everybody being on the same page. I think that was something we did at a very high level this last game, and something that we can hopefully continue to do as the season goes on.”

Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce caught all five of his targets for 48 yards against Baltimore. Cheering Kelce on in person last week was his fiancée, Taylor Swift. The 14-time Grammy winner made it in and out of Arrowhead Stadium without getting photographed.

Swift celebrated with Kelce at 1587 Prime after the game, the restaurant he co-owns with Mahomes in Kansas.

Amid Swift’s busy promotional tour for her 12th studio album, “The Life of a Showgirl,” which dropped on October 3, fans wonder if she’ll make it to EverBank Stadium for the Chiefs-Jaguars game on October 6.

Taylor Swift Appears on Jimmy Fallon on Monday Night, On Air With Ryan Seacrest Tuesday Morning

Swift spent the first weekend of the album’s release doing multiple radio interviews in the U.K. Her media tour continues stateside this week, starting with a guest appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Monday night.

Most tapings of “The Tonight Show,” which takes place at 30 Rockefeller Plaza in New York City, start at 5 p.m. ET and end at 6:30 p.m. ET, per NBC. While Swift could immediately hop on her private plane and jet down to Jacksonville for the Monday Night Football matchup, which kicks off at 8:15 p.m. ET, that seems highly unlikely.

The Daily Mail reported, “Swift will not be in attendance, however, as she instead gears up for her latest TV appearance on Fallon’s late-night talk show 930 miles away in Manhattan.”

On Tuesday morning, Swift will appear on On Air With Ryan Seacrest, which tapes live on KIIS-FM in New York City. Save for Super Bowl LIX, she also hasn’t attended a Chiefs‘ road game since 2023.

Taylor Swift Is Not Going On Tour, Wedding Plans On Deck

While Swift is busy amid her album release, fans can expect to see her back at Arrowhead Stadium soon. After nearly two years on the road with the “Eras Tour,” she has no upcoming touring plans.

“I’m going to be really honest with you, like, I am so tired,” she told BBC Radio 1. “When I think about doing it again… because I would want to do it really well, again.”

It seems the 35-year-old is ready to plan a very different type of production next. “[Swift’s] been super focused on work commitments,” a source told People. “She’s not kidding when she says she’s exhausted. She’s ready for a break so she can focus on the wedding.”

At the moment, the famous couple is simply enjoying being engaged. “It’s still kind of strange and exciting and new to say ‘fiancé’ when they’re talking about each other, and they both kind of laugh every time they catch themselves saying it. They’ve just been taking it all in quietly,” the source added.
