A Gogglebox star has got engaged on a romantic boat ride in Dubai.
Georgia Bell, who appears on the hit Channel 4 show with her friend Abbie Lynn, has revealed her partner Josh Newby has proposed almost a year after they welcomed their second son into the world.
She captioned a loved-up post: ‘14.10.25💍 YES YES YES!!😭 Officially in our fiancé era🤍’
She shared a video of the emotional moment Josh got down on one knee on a boat out at sea near Burj Al Arab Jumeirah Beach, as the newly engaged couple giggled and kissed.
She added: ‘A memory to remember for a lifetime 🌊🌅☀️’
In the same post, Georgia shared some photos from the sweet moment, including a few showing off the engagement ring with a huge smile on her face.
Her Gogglebox co-stars were quick to flood the post with congratulations.
Abbie commented: ‘Ahhhh just beautiful 🥹 massive congratulations to you both! So so happy 💍🤍✨ lots of love 💕’

Georgia also took to her Instagram Stories to reflect on the happy announcement, adding: ‘We’re home and I can finally share out amazing news.’
The hairdresser and TV star revealed her loved ones had arranged a lovely ‘surprise’ to mark the occasion, with flowers, cards and balloons all around the room.
She wrote: ‘And we got home last night to the most gorgeous surprise set up thank you so much to my mam @eleanorbeth & carlyjabell love you all so much (sic)’
Georgia and Josh welcomed new baby boy Ralphie James Newby in November 2024, while their older son Hugh James was born in July 2022.
Next to a picture of their youngest sleeping soundly in a bassinet wearing a white babygrow embroidered with bunnies and fuzzy socks, the proud mum wrote: ‘Our precious boy born Nov 10th 11:27pm weighing 7lbs10oz🤍🧸.’
‘Settling into the life of a family of 5, we all love you unbelievable amounts little one,’ she added at the time.
Gogglebox returns to Channel 4 on Friday at 9pm.
