The Los Angeles Rams have shown that even when they are without one of their better offensive players, they are still a dangerous threat to any defense.
In the Week 7 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars in London, Matthew Stafford and the Rams offense put up five passing touchdowns, winning the game, 35-7.
Davante Adams had his best game in a Rams jersey, being on the receiving end of three of those pass touchdowns, with young star wide receiver Puka Nacua out with an ankle injury.
When the 2023 Pro Bowler returns to full strength, the Rams offense will get a major boost, even after a five pass touchdown game.
One NFL writer believes Los Angeles can add to their arsenal by nabbing an elite running threat of team having an unforseen season.
Trade Pitch Lands Rams Derrick Henry

The 2025 season for the Baltimore Ravens has not gone great.
The team lost star quarterback Lamar Jackson to a hamstring injury that has kept him out of three games, with the Ravens on a 1-5 record heading into Week 8 (Baltimore’s bye was in Week 7).
With the AFC North team in bad shape, Sports Illutrated’s Brock Vierra believes the Rams should trade for running back Derrick Henry.
“There’s a somewhat famous picture of a sports car parked under the roof of a run down home. That’s Derrick Henry on the injury riddled Baltimore Ravens It’s not Henry’s nor is it the Ravens’ fault but it is what it is,” Vierra wrote.
“Henry has had fumbling problems this season but it is my opinion that a chavnge in scenery would do him well and his usage could pop Kyren Williams in the run game. His cap hits are manageable and while the blocking remains a problem on short yardage situations, nothing supplements that more than Henry coming down the pipe. If it’s the f them picks era part two, that’s the player who I would want.”
The Ravens running back has three fumbles through six games this season, with some of the fumbles coming in key situations that assist in the teams losses. If the fumbling issues continue pester “King” Henry, he could have a career high in most fumbles in a single season.
Kyren Williams is in a similar situation with not losing the ball. The $33 million running back only has two fumbles this season, but had a career high in fumble losses with five last season.
If the pair were to be in the same backfield, then the chances will become minimalized.
Will The Trade Happen?

Despite the team being 1-5 and the player having a fumbling issue, Derrick Henry is still a major part of the Baltimore Ravens offense.
In his first year with the team, he ran for 1,921 yards and logged 16 touchdowns. His rushing yards were second most in the league and was tied for the most rushing touchdowns last season.
Almost none of the blame can be placed on Henry, with most of the reason why Baltimore are off to a bad start this season is the loss of Lamar Jackson, who is the heart of the team.
Henry also signed a two-year contract extension with the Ravens before the start of the season, keeping the player through the 2027 season.
